Cannot receive video calls

I can initiate video calls and it works perfectly. When someone calls me it flashes thier video for a second but does not give me an opportunity to answer the call. It disappears and tells the caller I didnt answer.

Hiya,
Have you tried totally removing the app, and then reinstalling and setting back up?  This tends to fix a lot of issues like that.
If you try that and it doesnt work, please reply back with your make and model of your phone
