Hi there,
 
I have a logitech web cam on my phillips tv. The tv runs android 9. The duo app, accesses the picture but keeping bringing up a small error box at the bottom of the screen during a call saying ” turn off any other apps that are using the microphone” this then doesn’t give me audio. 
 
I’ve gone in to microphone setting on the tv. Turned everything off expect the duo app and it’s still not working. 
 
Any ideas?
